The Potomac Yard Arlington Civic Association provides public notification of its established geographic boundaries in connection with its application to join the Arlington County Civic Federation.
The Association boundaries, as adopted in Article I, Section 1.3 of the PYACA Bylaws, are defined as follows:
- Southern boundary: Four Mile Run
- Western boundary: S. Eads Street from Four Mile Run north to a point between 31st Street S and 33rd Street S., then crossing Richmond Highway (U.S. Route 1) and continuing north along Crystal Drive to 26th Street S
- Northern boundary: VA-233 (26th Street)
- Eastern boundary: The George Washington Memorial Parkway from VA-233 (26th Street) south to Four Mile Run
These boundaries largely correspond to the Potomac Yard development area approved by the Arlington County Board under Phased Development Site Plan #346 (October 21, 2000). A picture of the boundary can be seen to the right.
Upon acceptance into the Arlington County Civic Federation, PYACA will represent residents within these boundaries at the countywide civic level.
