Public Announcement

The Potomac Yard Arlington Civic Association provides public notification of its established geographic boundaries in connection with its application to join the Arlington County Civic Federation.

The Association boundaries, as adopted in Article I, Section 1.3 of the PYACA Bylaws, are defined as follows:

  • West: Route 1 (Four Mile Run to 33rd Street) and Crystal Drive (33rd Street to VA-233)
  • North: VA-233
  • East: George Washington Memorial Parkway
  • South: Four Mile Run

These boundaries correspond to the Potomac Yard development area approved by the Arlington County Board under Phased Development Site Plan #346 (October 21, 2000). A picture of the boundary can be found here.

Upon acceptance into the Arlington County Civic Federation, PYACA will represent residents within these boundaries at the countywide civic level.
